How to register (Fringe Camp):

Fill out the form below. The form automatically fills out your name, email and membership type from the information in your website account if you have logged in already.

- If something is wrong, you can't change it here; you may need to edit your user account first.

- If you see something like '%profile[profile_membershipType]' in any of the fields, please update your user account.

Note: Your registration is not complete unless you have paid or arranged to pay in the week leading up to camp.

How to Pay for Camp

- Direct bank transfer

You can transfer your camp fee via Internet banking direct to the AUCS Bank Account. 

Our Bank Account details are at the bottom over every page on the aucs Website (see below)
(Remember to remove the "-" between the BSB or Account number for it to work)

In the transfer comment field include:

what its for (e.g CAMP), last 3 digits of AUCS membership number,  your initial and surname (as much as will fit)

e.g "CAMP 007 JBOND"
 

- Pay at Rehearsals BEFORE camp

You can pay SIMON (AUCS Treasurer) directly at any of the Rehearsals before Camp weekend (2-4 September)

If you need a PAYMENT PLAN, then just talk to SIMON or email him (treasurer@aucs.org.au)
 

Camp Fees (Please read carefully)

IMPORTANT: Due to the way we are now charged for camp sites and minimum numbers for the weekend, 
AUCS has moved to a FLAT fee for the weekend whether you attend 1 or 2 days, or sleep 1 or 2 nights.

** NOTE THE MAJOR COST FOR US IS THE HIRE OF CAMP ITSELF FOR THE WEEKEND **

If attending ANY day of camp but NOT sleeping over
- your camp fee covers weekend day only rate, and lunch on Saturday, and morning & afternoon teas etc.

$20.00 - full time student 
$25.00 - part time student
$35.00 - other

If sleeping over FRIDAY and/or SATURDAY night
- your camp fee covers accommodation rate, breakfast on Sat & Sunday, Lunch and Dinner/Dessert on Saturday

$50.00 - full time student 
$60.00 - part time student
$70.00 - other

if you DON'T need a lift and CAN'T offer a lift, just ignore everything above :)

If you need a lift to and/or from the camp, choose above when you need it (then in the general comments below tell us where you need to be picked up from)

If you CAN offer lifts to/from the camp, please tell us how many seats and on which days(s) you will be travelling (in the general comments below tell us where you will be travelling from so we can match you up)

If you are paying by internet banking, do so now, and then paste in this field the result "Confirmation of Payment" etc details to make it easy for us to reconcile :)
